Highway Guardrail Hot Dip Galvanized Steel W Beam Guardrail is for highway safety. Metal galvanized guard rail is fixed on the side of the roads or middle of the road, especially on curves and slopes for preventing vehicles from riding out from roads. The w beam barrier are of excellent anti-corrosion and tensile strength. So that, it is good to minimize the damage to driver and pedestrian.
It's often need to remove guardrail temporarily for unobstructed maintenance or other access to an area. Layout flexibility and the ability to relocate barriers at minimal cost is an important factor.
Metal Guardrail Parameters
Wuhan Dachu safety highway metal guardrail provides a substantial highly visual physical barrier that addressed all of these issues.
Four types and two classes of steel guard rail is provided follows:
Types:
1.Zinc coated, 300g/m2 minimum single-spot.
2.Zinc coated, 600g/m2 minimum single-spot.
3.Beam of painting.
4.Beam of corrosion resistant steel.
Classes:
Class A: Base metal nominal thickness-2.67 mm.
Class B: Base metal nominal thickness-3.43 mm.
Guard Rails Materials:
A 307, Standard Specification for Carbon Steel Bolts and Studs, 60000 psi Tensile Strength.
A 653 / A 653M, Standard Specification for Steel Sheet, Zinc-Coated (Galvanized) or Zinc-Iron Alloy-Coated (Galvannealed) by the Hot-Dip Process.
F 376, Standard Specification for Carbon and Alloy Steel Externally Threaded Metric Fasteners.
