Highway guardrail (also called crash barrier, road barrier, guardrail barrier, metal beam barrier, etc.) w beam is one of important parts of the highway guardrail. It is the body of the guardrail. The guardrail beam is the main part which absorb the impact energy and protect the vehicle from crash out of the road.

The highway guardrail beam is punched first, and then cold rolled with the machine, do hot dipped galvanized (zine coated) in the zine pool with high temperature, and then powder spray color (custom), then the guardrail beam is finished.
