Applications
Metal guardrail can be used in parking lots,single and multi-lane highways, bridges, and bridge approaches.

Mainly used for the isolation and protection between highway and lane.

Steel highway guardrail can be divided into corrugated steel guardrail, square tube guardrail and steel wire rope guardrail in China. According to anti-collision level, it can be divided into W Beam guardrail and three beam guardrail. Three beam steel highway guardrail is reinforced barrier, which is suitable for application of dangerous roadside sections, and W beam steel highway guardrail is used for special roads.

The mass of coating shall conform to the requirements in the following table for the types specified. The mass of coating is the total amount of galvanizing on both sides of a sheet or beam, expressed as g/m2 (oz/ft2) of sheet.
