Guardrail Post is the component supporting the road safety barrier system. It determine the impact performance of a roadside barrier system. Wuhan Dachu produces guardrails and highway safety components that are manufactured to meet different standards demanded by the market. Our steel guardrail posts are crafted from high quality materials, such as S355JR / ASTM A529M steel.

We manufacture round guardrail posts, square post, U channel post, C section post and UPN post, IPE post, IPE AA post, sigma post etc, with or without flange plates. Flanged steel posts are recommended for installation in concrete roads. Non flanged posts are intended for installation in soft soil.

Accurately passivate the liquid ratio, to ensure the the galvanizing surface is corrosion resistance.

Rolled down by new technology, highway guardrail C post is a popular type because of its advantage of low cost, higher security, environmental protection. This type of post is the most common applied post in the highway guardrail projects and can be hammered by different types of hammers.

The Z post contains smooth, rounded post edges and corners mitigating the risk and severity of fractures and/ or contusions. Energy Absorbing, Ductile Z-Posts. Unlike traditional guardrail posts, the Z posts are designed to yield by bending near ground level. This bending action absorbs impact energy reducing the potential for post fracturing. A fractured or split guardrail post presents a significant laceration hazard to vulnerable road users. 

According to the place of your intended application, we provide guardrail posts with or without flange plates. Generally, the post without flange plate is mostly fixed to soft soil by post anchors. But if you want to fix it on the concrete road, the post with plate is your best choice for easy installation: Just fasten the post to your desired place with bolts.

A: Yes, we can not only supply guardrail conforming with EN 1317 Standard, but also meet AASHTO Standard, AS 1594 Standard, and Chinese National Standard etc.

A: Yes, the test for guardrail order can be arranged as per requirement, SGS test is recommended, and we could even do the test in the name of your company.
