Cable barrier
Cable barrier is the typical flexible barrier type, called as wire rope barrier, steel wire rope guardrail, steel cable barrier, wire rope guard rail, flexible cable barrier or flexible guardrail, consist of: terminal post structure, intermediate post structure, middle post, bracket, steel wire rope and cable anchorage device. As per China National Standard, cable barrier can be designed as A, B, C three grades based on different protect levels. Generally, Grade A equipped with 5 lines cable, Grade B equipped with 4 lines cable, Grade C equipped with 3 lines cable. Max post intervals is 7 meters when in earth foundation, while the max posts intervals is 4 meter when in concrete foundation. If one section length more than 300 or 500 meters, intermediate post structure should be added.
